We’re passionate about creating beautiful, functional, sustainable, and compelling building environments. Good architecture is about people. Whether learning or teaching, working or playing, moving in or just passing through; people make a building come alive.
ATS&R Planners/Architects/Engineers was recently selected to design 25 new primary and secondary schools for the Kingdom of Jordan’s Ministry of Education through a contract facilitated by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). ATS&R will partner with a local firm in Amman to provide planning, programming, conceptual design, and design development services for the 25 new public schools.
ATS&R’s President Paul W. Erickson expresses, “We are excited that ATS&R is making a difference in the world, serving to improve the lives of all children.” These new innovative schools are a continuation of USAID’s effort with ATS&R to positively impact Jordan’s K-12 education and its young people. Since 2005, ATS&R has designed 28 new schools and numerous school renovations throughout Jordan.
ATS&R announces the promotions of Nick Achina, Eric Anderson, Nancy LaBissoniere, Peter Lacey, Blayne Parkos and Kara Rise to associate partners. These dedicated members of the firm earned these promotions based on professional achievements, leadership and commitment to exceptional client service.
