Architectural Drafter / Technician


  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Associates Degree in Architectural Technology or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and apply architectural design principles at a high level
  • Experience modeling commercial building projects using BIM and Revit
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of most building systems and trades
  • Knowledge of building codes, such as ADA and IBC
  • Able to multi-task and establish priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-directed and can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful past employment

Architectural Intern / Job Captain


  • 5-10 years of experience
  • Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Currently working toward professional architectural registration
  • Revit and AutoCAD proficiency
  • Photoshop and Sketch Up literacy, and strong 3D rendering skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with other disciplines and produce a well-coordinated set of construction documents
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines, completing tasks as previously defined
  • Skills in managing projects and working with clients

Mechanical Project Engineer 
ATS&R currently has an immediate opening for a Mechanical Project Engineer. The Mechanical Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of plumbing, HVAC, energy conservation, fire sprinkler, and other mechanical systems in multi-million dollar building projects.

The candidates must have a minimum of 5 years (preferred) of experience in design and project management of mechanical systems for buildings. The Mechanical Project Engineer must be a Registered Professional Engineer or able to obtain registration.  Computer experience with load programs, spreadsheets, word processing, and AutoCadd is required. Revit experience is desirable.
