The position will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design and construction of plumbing, HVAC, energy conservation, fire sprinkler and other mechanical systems in multi-million dollar building projects.

POSITION:
ATS&R is seeking an architectural construction observer with a minimum of three years experience. Responsibilities include working knowledge of all construction trades and general contracting in particular. Also understanding of construction documents, working with contractors on the job site, shop drawing, pay application and change order review. Experience with different construction delivery systems is a plus. Some travel required.
