Benilde-St. Margaret’s School

BSM’s project goals were to reach out to the greater BSM community, enhance and improve their learning environment, and reorganize the high school and junior high areas into one identifiable place. Three administrative groups and two schools, previously scattered throughout the campus, were consolidated and tied to the existing entry.  Consolidation and reorganization increased security and supervision, clearly defined the main entry, improved traffic flow, and provided a lobby.

New properly-sized classrooms with natural light provide a clear separation between the Junior High and High School programs.  The learning environment was improved by placing the shared spaces around the perimeter and complimented with additions of a new chapel, library, industrial technology labs, art and music labs, and an auditorium.
